Biofuel Evolution is a cleantech, smart energy startup built on blockchain turning mixed food waste into clean and decentralised bioenergy. Our current focus is on creating a prototype unit which converts mixed food waste into advanced bioethanol, this can be utilised as a stand-alone liquid biofuel to power vehicles or heat district buildings. However, we are looking to combine our unit with a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) that can be fuelled by ethanol generating clean electricity and water.
