The Department of Physical Resource Theory of Chalmers University conducts interdisciplinary research and education in several fields related to sustainable development. Activities cover climate science, energy modeling, industrial ecology, and complex systems focused on the conversions of physical resources (materials and energy) in natural and societal systems including aspects of biomass and biofuels utilisation.
