Czech Biogas Association was founded in January 2007 as national technology platform in the field of biogas production and utilization. CzBA currently associates more than 40 biogas industry members and leading R&D institutions as well as engineers,  biogas plant operators, project specialists and other experts not only from the Czech Republic.

Since its origin CzBA has been iniating number of research projects in the field of biogas / biomethane and its role is in intermediation of dialogue between research, bussiness and public sector. We are participating on number of expert groups working on new legal adjustments and regulations.

CzBA also helds organization of the biggest biogas conference in the Czech Republic with over 200 attendees each year.
