AIREG the Aviation Initiative for Renewable Energy in Germany

The objective of aireg -  Aviation Initiative for Renewable Energy in Germany e.V. is to support the production and use of  alternative aviation fuels. aireg’s target is for biofuels to make up ten per cent of the jet fuel consumed domestically by 2025. The biofuels initiative of the German aviation industry was founded in 2011 and combines the engagement and know-how of airlines, airports, research organisations and companies in the aviation and feedstock industries.
